We are a medium-sized cutting company in the heart of Cologne, firmly established with our German and European customers and well networked with breeders and farmers in Europe, both conventional companies and organic farmers.
With more than 30 employees in production, we manufacture meat products of the highest quality and deliver them to our customers on time and in top quality.
Our team around owner Orhan Demir is committed and friendly, our contact persons are multilingual and react flexibly to inquiries and orders, the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.
We mainly supply beef, veal and young bull products. There are also poultry products, especially chicken and turkey. And last but not least, high-quality lamb.
We disassemble according to customer specifications or offer a variety of standardized products that we provide element by element.
Our preparations are ideal for further processing or wholesale, for example for the production of doner kebabs or shawarma skewers, we also supply fresh minced meat according to our customers requirements in mixtures or fat content.
We supply the processing industry throughout Europe, including butchers, retail suppliers, as well as system catering, for example for the preparation of doner kebabs or shawarma kebabs, or top catering with prepared meat elements exactly according to the kitchens specifications.
